We are looking for an experienced/expert software engineer tester to deliver the R-SME (Retail Small Medium Enterprise) model in GRFD (the Group Risk & Finance Dataplatform) in the Credit track.

The contractor must have extensive experience in BI Datawarehouse testing having worked in the Risk (& Finance) domain on Credit models and previously at the Rabobank. This tester will be the experienced tester in a team of new testers both internal and from our SSV. A Dutch speaking candidate is highly desirable. The expert works in a team but works on your tasks alone. You work as part of a scrum team to deliver functionality. The scrum team does not have a supervisor or manager, it is a self-steering team for items under their control. You will not be directly managed by a supervisor. The work you performs is based on your expertise and knowledge and nothing something that colleagues or a supervisor can prescribe.

The following is required:

• Previous experience at the Rabobank is required
• Experience in a financial services environment (preferably Risk, Finance)
• Knowledge of Basel regulations
• Experience as a functional tester
• Experience with end users and stakeholders
• Completed a bachelor/master degree preferably in Information Technology and/or 5+ years on a similar role;
• 5+ years working experience in software Testing;
• 3+ years working experience in Business Intelligence;
• Fluent Dutch and English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
